Logo Design Miami
We design logos and brand identities for Miami companies – real estate developments, hospitality and wellness brands, and the startups that have made the city their base. Identities with a strong sense of place, built to look as good on a sales gallery wall as on Instagram. Read on for how we approach the market, what is included, how the fee is set and how a remote collaboration actually runs.

Branding for a market that sells lifestyle
In Miami, people buy a feeling before they buy a condo, a membership or a treatment. Towers in Brickell and Edgewater, hotels and restaurants in Miami Beach, galleries and concept stores in Wynwood and the Design District, clinics and studios in Coral Gables – most of them are selling a version of the same promise: sun, water, ease and status. When everyone promises the same thing, the brand identity carries the difference.
The audience is also unusually mixed. Buyers and guests arrive from across the United States, Latin America and Europe, many of them switching between English and Spanish, and they often meet a brand first on a phone screen far from Florida. A logo has to read instantly, feel premium without shouting and avoid the local clichés – palm silhouettes, pastel Art Deco, script lettering – that make one luxury-coded brand indistinguishable from the next.
How a logo project runs, week by week
The logo design Miami buyers respond to begins with defining that feeling precisely: who the brand is for, what it promises and how it should differ from the many names already competing for the same audience. We run a discovery workshop, review the competitive set and write a short positioning brief. Much of our portfolio is real estate and lifestyle branding, so we know how a name, a mark and a color palette influence perceived value.
We translate the strategy into two or three distinct creative routes and show each one where it matters – on hoarding, brochures, a website and social media. You choose a direction, we refine it over agreed feedback rounds, then write the guidelines and deliver the files. A typical identity takes about 25 working days (five weeks) from kick-off to handover; when a sales launch date is fixed, we plan backward from it and tell you what is realistic.
From logo to full sales toolkit
The logo system comes first: a primary mark, a horizontal version, a monochrome version for foil, embossing and etched signage, and compact variants for favicons and social profiles. Every mark is original artwork, designed to be distinctive enough for trademark registration. Around it we define color, typography, patterns and photographic style, and record everything in brand guidelines with source files, so your broker team and outside vendors apply the brand the same way.
For developers and hospitality brands we then design the applications that do the selling – brochures, floor plan sheets, signage, presentations, stationery and social media templates. Because we also produce imagery and websites in-house, the brand, the visuals and the digital experience are designed as one; see 3D rendering for Miami projects for the visualization side and our branding projects for complete identities.
Can a studio in Europe design a brand for Miami?
Yes, with one caveat we would rather state up front. G2 Collective is based in Poland, in the EU, and we have no office in Miami or anywhere in the United States. We will not walk the site with you or attend the broker event. What we bring instead is a European eye for restraint and detail, which is often exactly what a project needs to stand apart in a market full of gloss.
Day to day, workshops and reviews are scheduled in Miami mornings, when our afternoon overlaps with yours. The time difference then works in your favor: feedback you send in the afternoon is usually addressed by the time you are back at your desk. Senior designers lead every call, we use shared boards so partners and investors can comment in one place, and every decision is confirmed in writing.
What does logo design cost in Miami?
As a guide, logo design projects start from $1,100 (about €950) excluding VAT; a complete visual identity system with brand guidelines is quoted individually. Instead, every project is quoted as a fixed fee in USD or EUR, agreed before work begins, with deliverables, revision rounds and milestones spelled out. For a development with a construction loan and a marketing budget to defend, a number that does not move is worth more than a low estimate that creeps.
The main drivers are the number of creative routes, whether we also name the project or company, how comprehensive the guidelines need to be and how many applications we produce, from a simple stationery set to a full sales gallery package. Our studio costs in Poland are lower than those of a comparable Miami or New York logo design agency, so the same level of seniority typically comes at a more efficient fee.
Who we work with in Miami
We are strongest where image drives revenue: condominium and single-family developments, brokerages and boutique real estate firms, hotels, restaurants and beach clubs, wellness, skincare and medical aesthetics brands, and startups that relocated to South Florida and need an identity to match their funding. If your customer decides with their eyes first, the quality of the logo and the system behind it is a commercial issue, not a cosmetic one.
Looking for a logo designer for a Miami launch? Browse the logo collection, then book a call in a morning slot that suits you. We will listen, ask the uncomfortable questions about positioning and come back with a fixed proposal and timeline. If we think your current mark already does its job and only the applications need work, we will say that too.
