3D rendering Miami: visualization for the pre-construction market
Miami real estate is sold on lifestyle, and largely before construction starts. Buyers from across the United States, Latin America and Europe reserve residences in Brickell, Edgewater, Miami Beach or Coconut Grove on the basis of a sales gallery, a brochure and a set of renderings. Those images have to communicate a way of living, not just a building: waterfront towers and private villas in strong tropical light, pool decks and terraces at sunset, and interiors that feel open to the ocean.
We have extensive experience with seaside and resort developments, where water, vegetation and atmosphere matter as much as the architecture. For Miami that means getting the specifics right – the turquoise of Biscayne Bay, royal palms and sea grape rather than generic greenery, white stucco and glass that glare at noon and glow in the evening, boats at the marina, the soft pastel echo of Art Deco where it belongs. That is the difference between a render and a place.
What we produce for a Miami launch
A typical package starts with exterior hero renderings and aerial views that show the tower or villa community against the bay, the ocean or the skyline. We add amenity renderings – pool decks, beach clubs, spas, rooftop lounges, lobbies and marinas – and interior renderings for every unit type, from a one-bedroom to the penthouse, with terraces and views treated as part of the room. Browse our 3D visualization portfolio for seaside and residential examples.
We also create 3D floor plans and unit cards, 360° virtual tours for buyers who cannot visit in person, and cinematic animation for the sales gallery and social media. Everything is delivered in the right format for listing portals, printed brochures, construction fence wraps, large gallery displays and vertical video. Details of how visuals fit into a wider campaign are on our real estate marketing page.
How much does 3D rendering cost in Miami?
As a guide, exterior renderings start from $370 (about €330) per image and interior renderings from $320 (about €280) per image, excluding VAT; packages and animation are quoted individually. We quote a fixed price per image or per package, in USD or EUR, before any work starts – no hourly billing and no surprises after the first draft. The scope drivers are straightforward: the number of views, the level of detail, interiors versus exteriors, how much landscaping, water and surrounding context we have to model, the length of any animation and how soon you need it.
Because we are based in Europe, our cost base is lower than that of comparable South Florida studios, and the quote reflects it, while the software and the quality bar are the same. The most efficient route is usually a package: once the 3D model of the building exists, additional exteriors, aerials, floor plans and tours cost far less effort than the first image. Share the drawings and the list of views, and we will reply with an itemized, fixed proposal.
How the work flows, step by step
We work from architectural drawings, a Revit, SketchUp or other 3D model if one exists, and a design brief or finishes package from your interior designer. After reviewing the material we agree on camera angles and send clay previews – plain white renders with no materials – so you can approve composition and framing early. Changing a camera at this stage is quick; changing it after final rendering is not, so this step saves time for everyone.
Then come draft renderings with materials, lighting, landscaping and furniture, shared online for your mark-up. Revision rounds are defined in the proposal. When drafts are approved we render the final high-resolution images and finish them in post-production with color grading, people and atmosphere. As a guide, expect about five working days per view, and a confirmed schedule for the full set before we start. Animation involves many more frames and takes longer, so we schedule it as a separate stage.
Can a rendering studio in Europe handle a Miami project?
Yes, and we are transparent about the setup. G2 Collective is based in Poland, in the EU, with no office in Miami or anywhere else in Florida. Projects are run entirely online. Calls are held in Miami mornings, when our working day is still under way; draft renderings are shared for comments during your day and revised overnight, so an updated version is often waiting when you get back to your desk.
Review happens through online links where the developer, architect, interior designer and sales team can leave comments directly on each image. We sign NDAs on request, which is routine for projects that have not launched. For site context we use your surveys, drone footage and photography where available, and maps and aerial imagery where not. Clients in the US, the UK and the Middle East already work with us this way, so the routine is well tested.
Branding, brochure and website from the same team
Branding, brochure and website design are available from the same team, so the launch material looks like one project rather than five vendors. The renderings set the mood; the identity, typography and layouts are designed to match it. If your development still needs a name and a mark, see our logo design for Miami clients, and for a full overview of what we do, visit our services page.
We work with condo and villa developers, architects, brokerages and in-house sales teams, interior designers, and hotel, resort and restaurant operators. Some clients come for a single hero image ahead of a broker event; others need the complete visual package for a multi-phase waterfront project. If you are comparing studios for 3D rendering Miami developments, send us your drawings and preferred views – we will come back with a fixed quote, a realistic timeline and relevant samples.
