Renderings for show-flat launches and beyond

New condominium launches in Singapore are carefully staged events. Buyers visit the sales gallery, walk the show flat, study the scale model and compare the project with others launching nearby – and the perspectives shown in the gallery and online carry much of the message. Most units are sold while the development is still under construction, so the images must be both attractive and accurate. We produce photorealistic renderings of towers, sky terraces, facilities decks and unit interiors.

Tropical landscaping and lighting have to feel true to the city rather than imported from a generic library. Singapore is a city in a garden: rain trees and frangipani, planted facades and sky gardens, covered walkways, pools framed by dense greenery. The light is equatorial – high sun, deep shade, humid haze and dramatic clouds in the afternoon. We build these qualities into every scene, along with recognizable context, from neighboring estates to a distant view of the bay.

3D rendering Singapore: what we deliver

Deliverables include exterior and aerial renderings, site-wide views of the landscape and facilities deck, and interior renderings for each unit type, from compact one-bedroom layouts – where showing space efficiency honestly is a skill in itself – to penthouses. Amenity spaces such as lap pools, clubhouses, function rooms, gyms and sky lounges are covered too. For commercial launches we visualize office lobbies, retail podiums and hotel interiors. See our 3D visualization portfolio for examples.

We add 3D floor plans and unit cards, 360° virtual tours and animation for sales galleries, property portals and social media. Files are prepared for each use: e-brochures and printed brochures, site hoardings, large gallery panels and video walls, portal listings and short vertical clips. For regional developers marketing to overseas buyers, we also prepare brochures and project websites in a consistent visual style.

Step by step: from BIM model to final perspectives

Singapore projects are usually well documented, which helps. We take in your drawings, BIM or Revit model, SketchUp files, landscape plans and the interior designer's material selections, then prepare the scene and suggest camera angles. You receive clay previews first – untextured white images – so the team can confirm composition and viewpoint before we invest time in materials, planting and lighting. Early agreement here avoids late surprises.

Draft renderings come next, shared online for mark-up by the developer, architect and marketing agency. The number of revision rounds is agreed in the quote. After approval we render final high-resolution images and complete post-production. As a guide, allow about five working days per view; animation takes longer. If your preview date is fixed, share it at the start and we will build the schedule around it.

Can a European studio support a Singapore launch across time zones?

Yes, and the distance has a practical upside. G2 Collective is based in Poland, in the EU; we have no office in Singapore and work with clients there entirely remotely. Singapore afternoons overlap with our mornings for calls, and work continues while you are offline, so new drafts are waiting at the start of your day. Feedback given before you leave the office is turned around overnight.

We share every draft through online review links, where comments are pinned to the image and visible to the whole team, so nothing is lost between the architect, the developer's marketing department and the agency. NDAs are signed on request, which is normal for projects ahead of their preview. Communication is in English with one consistent contact. We rely on your site information, surveys and photography for context, supplemented by maps and aerial imagery.

How much does 3D rendering cost in Singapore?

As a guide, exterior renderings start from $370 (about €330) per image and interior renderings from $320 (about €280) per image, excluding VAT; packages and animation are quoted individually. It varies with scope, so we quote rather than guess. Every project has a fixed price per image or per package, quoted in USD, SGD or EUR and confirmed before work begins, with revision rounds included. The factors that shape the price are the number of views, the level of detail, interiors versus exteriors, the extent of landscaping and surrounding context to be modeled – lush tropical planting is real work – the length of any animation and the deadline.

Compared with studios of similar quality in Singapore, a European studio usually works from a lower cost base, and that is reflected in our proposals. The tools and output standards are the same ones used by major international practices. We recommend planning the image list as a package from the outset: one well-built model serves the exteriors, aerials, unit interiors, floor plans, tours and film, which is more economical than commissioning pieces separately.

From perspectives to a complete launch identity

Architectural visualization in Singapore is one part of a larger launch kit. Our team also designs project names and logos, brochures and websites, so the gallery, the e-brochure and the online campaign share the same look. If the development needs an identity, see our logo design for Singapore clients. A full list of what we offer, from branding to web, is on our services page.

We work with property developers, architects, real estate agencies and marketing teams, interior designers, and hotel and hospitality operators across the region. Projects range from a single artist's impression for an early announcement to the entire visual package for a major launch. If you are shortlisting studios for 3D rendering Singapore projects, send us the drawings and your list of views, and we will reply with a fixed quote, a schedule and relevant samples.
